WordMend charges a fee for its Services, which is based on the type of document, word count, and desired turnaround time. Payment must be made at the time of ordering Services, and WordMend accepts payment by credit card or PayPal.
WordMend will make every effort to deliver edited or proofread documents within the requested turnaround time. However, turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. WordMend will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
